is looking for a

Website Coordinator

to support our eCommerce team. The Website Coordinator position is an entry level position, with on the job training. This role will create and manage product listings through daily photography, editing and writing. The ideal candidate is passionate about interior design, copywriting and photography. The most important attribute we are looking for is a candidate who is positive, and willing to learn and grow with the company.

Located in the Dallas Design District, our 15,000 square foot showroom houses a well-edited collection of new and vintage furniture, artwork, lighting and home accessories from around the globe. We offer in-house refinishing services for vintage furniture and ship across the United States. Love kicking butt, working hard, and having fun all at the same time? Come on over!

Job Duties:

•Photograph and edit new products for the website.

•Assist with creating and managing product listings in our eCommerce platform.

•Capture all relevant information for product listings to write descriptive and colorful product descriptions in the voice of our brand.

•Regularly check the website for spelling accuracy, consistency, and content opportunities.

•Manage updates to product listings including price changes, lead times, out of stock removal, and collection updates.

•Work with the Marketing Director to update imagery on the website weekly and monthly for rotating features.

•Ensure items are searchable and optimized with SEO best practices.

•Manage the Scout Nasty blog and write monthly blog posts.

•Send a weekly website recap email to the full team to highlight new arrivals.

•Assist with answering website chat messages, questions and reviews.

•Support team members with various tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

•Degree in marketing, graphic design, photography, advertising or a related field.

•Proficiency in photography and Adobe Photoshop (must provide examples).

•Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute engaging content, with the edgy and unique voice of the brand in mind.

•Demonstrate project management skills and ability to identify goals, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

•Willingness to learn multiple areas of eCommerce marketing.

•Possess a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and organization.

•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

•Maintains a friendly and positive (upstairs) attitude.
