is looking for a
Digital Marketing Assistant
to support our Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Assistant position is an entry level position, with on the job training. In this role you will use your creative skills across a number of responsibilities involving the website, social media, marketing communication, promotional materials, and packaging. The ideal candidate is passionate about graphic design and interiors. The most important attribute we are looking for is a candidate who is positive, and willing to learn and grow with the company.

Located in the Dallas Design District, our 15,000 square foot showroom houses a well-edited collection of new and vintage furniture, artwork, lighting and home accessories from around the globe. We offer in-house refinishing services for vintage furniture and ship across the United States. Love kicking butt, working hard, and having fun all at the same time? Come on over!
Job Duties:
•Create compelling social media content and post on our social media feeds daily on weekdays. Assist on weekends as requested.
•Maintain Pinterest posting and engagement.
•Design creative email and SMS campaigns. Manage the daily creation and sending of content according to a marketing calendar.
•Assist with graphic design requests for print and digital materials. Coordinate print production.
•Support the team by answering website chatbox and social media messages and comments.
•Assist with photoshoot preparation and capture marketing content on set.
•Help ensure Ecommerce orders for custom furniture have line items for materials and all notes for production.
•Assist with photography and website listings as needed.
•Support team members with various tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
•Must provide a portfolio of graphic design.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute engaging content, with the edgy and unique voice of the brand in mind.
•Demonstrate project management skills and ability to identify goals, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•Willingness to learn multiple areas of eCommerce marketing.
•Possess a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Degree in marketing, graphic design, photography, advertising or a related field.
•Maintains a friendly and positive (upstairs) attitude.
