We seek positive, assertive and knowledgeable team players that are ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Collaborating with multiple stakeholdersFacilitating information gathering sessionsEnsuring business needs are satisfied within a given technical solutionConducting business process assessments; determine as-is statePerforming gap analysis; creating future state roadmap and transition plansCreating diagrams and models to provide additional clarityMentoring and leading junior BAs on projectsCoordinating User Acceptance Testing; assisting with issue resolutionAssisting in project vision refinement and prioritization
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Required:Computer-related degree or equivalentFive years or more of business analysis experienceAbility to manage tasks and deliverables effectivelyAbility to quickly become an expert in various business domainsCritical thinking, emotional intelligence and situational awarenessAbility to work well under pressure in a challenging, changing, fast-paced environmentNegotiation skills between application development team and business partnersWork with a diverse group of stakeholders including executives, leaders, direct reports, and subject matter expertsDeep understanding of BA role in an Agile environmentUnderstand the BA role within the Software Development LifecycleSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable in a fast-moving environmentAbility to multitask and adaptPositive attitude and willingness to learnOnsite, full-time attendancePreferred:Mortgage or financial experienceExperience working with C-Level or other senior leadersBPMNRelational database knowledge; SQLVendor integrations and API management
