Description
The Network Operations Specialist will serve as a liaison between Verity clients and the internal teams to ensure timely and successful operational support is provided.Will manage competing priorities and develop innovative approaches while demonstrating integrity aligned with Verity's values .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Provide customer service and support for Verity members, payors and providers
•Coordinate data collection and roster submission with Contracting to ensure all provider data is accurately loaded for provider directories and claims processing
•Triage and manage routine client support activities and resolution of routine to complex client issues and requests
•Maintain all payor and group-related documents including ID cards, payors, and employer group lists
•Maintain accounts receivable and access fees from payors
•Provide project management support for client-related projects
•Maintain and manage all operations-related process documentation
•Assist with client meeting preparation and presentations
•Assist with the implementation of new clients and payors
•Maintain systems for Verity client contracts and agreements
•Backup support for claims repricing
•Other duties as assigned

A qualified candidate will be a self-starter who has strong attention to detail. Time management and follow-through are important assets in this position. The individual's ability to communicate and work in a team environment will be essential to succeed in this position.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent of four (4) years related client support or account management experience preferred.

This position is in-office with some travel required
Travel:
15% travel may be required to meet with high priority providers identified by strategic initiatives
