Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on managing and supporting our IT systems and operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and a proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are designed, implemented, and maintained according to operational standards.Provide Tier 3 proactive and reactive service for mission-critical systems, responding to real-time performance alerts and resolving issues promptly.Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT infrastructure.Develop and maintain a patch management strategy to ensure a secure computing environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Application Development and Business Units, to deliver high-quality software and services.Monitor performance data to proactively detect potential issues and implement improvements in processes and systems.Assist users in resolving system issues and maintenance concerns, providing exceptional customer service.Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance IT operations.Provide on-call production support on a rotating basis as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and system administration.Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and virtualization technologies (Azure, etc.).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.Initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with data communications principles and telecommunications.Experience with cloud environments and virtualization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
