Field Support Analyst I at Elevance Health in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Field Support Analyst I Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 3 days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of our Pulse Point location in Meridian, ID. The Field Support Analyst I is responsible for providing installation, repair and maintenance for desktop PC technologies and systems, including the hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripheral equipment. How you will make an impact: + Acts as technical support specialist for onsite and expanded team. + Oversees asset management. + Evaluates hardware and software issues and assists in identifying requirements for solutions. + Provides basic training to users for new installations. Minimum Requirements: + Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 1 year experience with PC and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. + Requires Dell hardware certification. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: + Prior experience as a technical specialist strongly preferred. + Microsoft A+ and Network+ certifications strongly preferred. + Experience with computer technology strongly preferred.
