Part Time Administrative Positions - Penn Hills Area
Great Position to work around school schedules both as a Parent or Student! Also Great for Retired person wanting a few hours work and/or extra income
Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm$15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)1 week vacation after 1 year of employmentHoliday Pay - 6 paid holidays after 90 daysAbility to cover the 1:00-6:00pm position when needed for vacations and time off for Afternoon ShiftMust have the availability to work the opposite shift occasionally to cover vacations and such. Will discuss more during interview process.
Job duties include:
Administrative ExperienceProficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and ExcelMust have very strong organization and computer skillsHandle busy phonesComplete basic office skills such as data entry; letters, bids etc.Strong oral & written communication skillsPunctual and reliableAbility to prioritizeAbility to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented
