Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Answers phone calls and provides customer service for a variety of requestsProcesses house account orders and schedules Club orders through Encompass softwareHandles daily deposits, deposit reports, and delivery route paperworkProcesses accounts payable invoices through DocuWare softwareAssists the Human Resources department with Greenville employee onboarding and personnel documentsCompiles and keys data to create various spreadsheets and reports for the Management teamCoordinates employee uniform orders and invoicingOpens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, maintains office filesOperates office machines such as PC, copier, fax, scanner, adding machineFollows all company policies and proceduresOther duties may be assignedQualifications

Qualifications

One year of related office experienceProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Knowledge of Encompass and DocuWare software a plusKnowledge of Paycom HRIS a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisionPrioritize tasks and have them completed promptly and accuratelyWork a Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. scheduleReliable transportation to run errands as needed
