SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safe operation and transport of vehicles on property in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following:

Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas.Collects, stores, tracks and returns items, including promotional items, dropped off by guests.Greets arriving guests outside under the Porte CochereEnters and updates guest information in the database.Parks vehicles in designated areas of the property, then accurately records the location of the vehicle onto a valet receipt, which is attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the Valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property.Picks-up vehicles from the valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines.Effectively communicates with the Supervisor on duty.Promptly clears canopy area of cars to be parked.Communicates Valet operation and Shuttle information to the Supervisors and team.Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance.Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees of same, whenever possible.Assist with other Support Services duties as assigned.Performs other job-related duties as directed.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid driver's license from the state, as well as a good driving record. Physical endurance and stamina, as well as effective communication skills required.

This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
