Position : Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 5 working days per week to include weekends

Summary:

The Administrative Assistant works at the store location and provides the Store Manager and staff with day-to-day support to ensure the client experience far exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for balancing and reconciling daily sales paperwork

Run, analyze, and work multiple reports, orders, invoices, and tasks within FROG software

Generate service requests and enter orders for customers and store inventory as needed

Customer service and support

Support the daily functions for the store to include multiple internal workflow tasks

Make bank deposits and reconcile petty cash

Prepare for and tag items as needed for price changes

Submit vendor chargebacks for repairs, damage and service.

Participate in barcode generation and inventory cycle counts

Identify issues on the sales floor and alert manager

Assist with keeping the back-office area clean and organized.

Backup to other locations as needed

Permanent or temporary duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience.

1+ years of experience working with orders, invoicing, and or billing a plus

Must be organized, flexible, and detail oriented.
