Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved Work effectively with management and team members to clarify needs and plan delivery of major product changes, future versions and new products_ Manage and report on budget ensuring teams delivers within the funding allocateduf0d8 Work to proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that they are identified, coordinated, mitigated or escalated as necessary.uf0d8 Work with Product Owner and Development Team to facilitate effective sprints by removing impediments and ensuring that stories are 'sprint ready'_Deliver projects on time and on budgetuf0d8 Review current agile processes, demonstrate servant-leadership while guiding the team to improve their processes while challenging them to innovateuf0d8 Help foster an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, and collaboration.uf0d8 Contribute to building a culture where continuous improvement is in focusuf0d8 Continually grow skills to enhance your expertise and help the business growuf0d8 Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and information radiationRequired Skills/Experienceuf0d8 CSM or equivalent certificationuf0d8 A clear understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and proceduresuf0d8 Possess great leadership skills to motivate scrum teams to perform at their bestuf0d8 Good skills and knowledge of facilitation techniques, servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyuf0d8 Experience with Agile PLM tools like JIRAuf0d8 Understanding of backlog tracking, Scrum and Kanban based metrics, task definition, and story splitting.uf0d8 Excellent communication and mentoring skillsuf0d8 Experience in sprint & release planning, running demos and retrospectives.uf0d8 Demonstrate sound judgment and strong reasoning skills as well as good analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus)uf0d8 Professional experience in the financial services industry a plusuf0d8 Bachelor's in computer science, management information systems, or related disciplinesuf0d8 4-6 years of experience with agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanbanuf0d8 Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (diverse team sizes, organizations, cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)uf0d8 Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self study, etc.uf0d8 Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etcuf0d8 Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Gamesuf0d8 Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the teamFlexible - works 4 days or less in the office
