Part-Time Studio Administrator

for our Miami studio. The

Studio Administrator , while working under direct supervision, provides general accounting and administrative support.Specific responsibilities will include:This will be a Part Time - In Person Position working half days on Monday - Thursday.Assist with monthly billing, including matching backup documentation with applicable projects and preparing invoices for mailingGathers and compiles information and produces reports (project status, staffing financial, etc.)Prepares invoices and assists with collectionsProcesses accounts-payable invoices and expense reportsAssists with phone support - answers and routes incoming calls. Greets office visitorsHandles incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesAnswers routine correspondenceEstablishes and maintains filesEnsures office maintenance and assists with ordering of office suppliesAssist with timesheet collectionAssists with program, and special projects as neededAssists in planning office-wide events, holiday parties, etc.Qualifications:High School DiplomaPursuing an Architecture or Design Degree1+ year in a professional office environment or relevant ExperienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficient in MS Office SuiteIntermediate verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate phone and customer service skillsProven ability to perform a diverse array of functionsProven ability to multi-taskA working knowledge of the Google suite of tools (Meet, Drive, Gmail, Slides, etc)
