You are encouraged to apply if you have the following experience:Responsibilities:Answer telephonesManage + log shipping and receiving of drawings and parcelsData entryHelp set up for office /client meetingsTake meeting notesAssist senior staff with travel/travel reimbursementsUpdate office materials and formsOversee maintenance/replacement of office equipment & suppliesOrganize and coordinate office meetings and special eventsGeneral office upkeepQualifications:3 to 5 years of office experienceHardworking, punctual, friendlyGood computer skills (Microsoft Teams and Mac savvy preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyMust be able to effectively communicate in English both written and verballyRequired Skills:Experience troubleshooting, software installation, and dealing with tech issuesProficiency with Microsoft TeamsPreferred Skills:QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)Administrative Experience: 3 years (Required)Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)Pay range and compensation package:Schedule: 8 hour shift, 1 hour Lunch, Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Nuevo Leon, Monterrey
