Network( Cisco Nexus - Switching & Routing )•8-10 years experience as a Network Engineer in a diverse enterprise network.•Experience in handling multiple projects and integration activities.•Experience in network solutions and products•Experience in managing Multi-Client Networks, WAN Links, LAN Management•Excellent knowledge of Advanced Networking and Network Protocols•Good knowledge on Wireless Technologies•Experience on Load Balancers (F5 & other vendors)•Experience on Cisco Routers and Switches, other vendors would be added advantage.•Excellent Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, FHRP Protocols, Layer-2 Protocols etc.•Excellent Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting in Network•Experience in configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, STP, VTP, Trunking, HSRP, VRRP•Experience in configuring & troubleshooting Firewalls in cluster, SSO integration with RADIUS, 2FA, all types of VPN•Troubleshoot and fix high priority issues related to Firewall and Proxy.•Work with the HW Vendors/TAC for the SW/HW related issues and providing the fix.•Troubleshoot Site to Site VPN (IPSEC), Proxy related issue & End user remote access VPN issues.•Involve in change management process for HW replacement/ IOS upgrade/ Config change/ Whitelisting or Blacklist URLs & FW Rule addition etc.•Knowledge and experience in Incident, Change, Problem, Service request and Configuration Management Processes.•Ability to work under pressure and adhere to Service Level Agreements in a fast-paced environment with time bound.•Excellent people skills with the ability to interact successfully with business and other technology groups.•Able to manage multiple incidents / projects and ensure quality is maintained in the approach.•Commitment / flexibility / Dedication•Good analytical skills; a structured and methodical approach•Strong service attitude; builds lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness•Excellent verbal, written and client communication skills
