As a Salesforce Analyst at MVP, you will be responsible for the management and development of Salesforce, to ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives, using agile techniques and strategies. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce platform. This is a key role that bridges the gap between technology and functionality for our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and drive successful Salesforce-centric projects.Travel required:
NoneResponsibilities:Essential Functions:Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to understand evolving business requirements and drive innovation through Salesforce capabilities.Work closely with users, vendors and 3rd party partners to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business applications. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support and streamline business processes, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other customizations as needed.Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet business requirements.Design and implement automation using Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Flow Builder to improve operation efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.Build and maintain key dashboards and reportsPerform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, profiles, roles, and permission sets.Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data cleansing, validation rules, and duplicate management. Assist in data migration and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices for security and compliance.Additional Functions:Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Salesforce Certified AdministratorDeep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud architecture, data modeling, and security features.Knowledge of Lightning Platform and ApexPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience, both technical and non-technical.Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, forging strong partnerships and achieving common goals.Display a proactive mindset, adapting seamlessly to change in business, technology, and organization requirements.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems or Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or AnalystPhysical Requirements:
