Roles and Responsibilities:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceHands-on experience performing CICS systems programming and problem resolution in a mainframe z/OS sysplexed operating system environment with "Intermediate-level" knowledge and understanding of both CICS and OEM products and how they interact.Ability to read CICS dumps and traces is a plus.Understanding in the following platform products and features within z/Series CICS: CICS Transaction Server, CICS Plex System Manager(CPSM, WUI) , VSAM RLS, CICS Webservices(CWS, Sockets, IPIC, TCPIP), CICS Security(Keyring, Certificates, TLS, resource access, ACF2, RACF), USS (Unix Systems Services), CICS connectivity (LU6.2, MRO, ISC, CWS, Sockets, TCPIP, EXCI)Knowledge of these OEM products: CAFC, SYSII, Mainview, Xpediter, Abend-aid/FXKnowledge of SYSPLEX and CICSPLEX design, architecture.
Pay Range: $50- $55The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
