We are currently in search of an

Administrative Assistant

for a

Healthcare Foundation Nonprofit.

The position is

Hybrid in White Plains, NY.

This is a

full time, permanent

position.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Healthcare Foundation Nonprofit

LOCATION: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote + every other Friday remote)

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)

DURATION: Permanent (Direct-Hire)

SALARY: $45,000 - $55,000

The Administrative Assistant provides organization-wide administrative support, with a wide-reaching impact across all key functions including executive, development, and finance and helps to manage key projects for the leadership team under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. This position will have a direct impact on all aspects of the organization, will be trained in foundation-specific software, and there is opportunity for growth.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of administrative experience required

• Experience working in database management required

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule

• Prior experience in nonprofits preferred

• Bachelor's Degree

How You Will Spend Your Day:•Oversee general office operations including supply and technology management, cover main phone line, print and email correspondences•Coordinate scheduling, logistics, materials, set-up, and follow-up for internal and external meetings and events as needed•Manage accounts payable•Ensure accurate and timely review and posting of gifts including pledges, stock and in-kind and timely processing of gift acknowledgements•Assist with ad-hoc internal finance, grant and development reporting

• Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director
