OVERVIEW The Administrative Assistant will support and assist the Foundation team to ensure the office's efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. This seasonal position is part-time (20 hours a week) and reports to the Foundation Office Manager. This on-site position is not eligible for hybrid/remote work. Essential functions and core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •Provides phone reception coverage for the office. •Receives and distributes incoming mail and packages. •Coordinates and schedules meetings, campus tours, and other events. •Enters data and updates information in the Foundation database. •Drafts and mails letters and other correspondence. •Carries out administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc. •Works on special projects and other assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS •Three (3) years of administrative experience or a similar role. •Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. •Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook. •Excellent time management and organizational skills. •Detail-oriented, with strong grammar and writing skills. •Comfortable multitasking, while being flexible to changing priorities and demands. •Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills. •High professionalism and the ability to work collegially with staff across departments. •Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. •Strong work ethic
