Job Summary

Barings Technology Business Management team is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) who has a proven track record in leveraging cutting edge technology to drive scale and deliver innovative solutions. In partnership with Barings Investment and support teams, the individual will be responsible in managing the relationship between the Global Technology and Data team and the aligned business unit. This position provides the candidate with the opportunity to work collaboratively across the many different lines within Barings Investment teams either Global Equities, Private Assets, Real Estate, and Multi Asset.

Primary Responsibilities

As the Technical Business Analyst covering a variety of stakeholders in Investments, the candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative technology solutions and servicesDevelop deep relationships across Barings' Investment teams to unlock areas where technology can be leveraged effectively and address any gapsMaintain a strong communication and partnership with the Aladdin Product Team and Financial Modeling Group to ensure that Barings is leveraging the latest features and modelsIn partnership with other leaders, co-manage the Aladdin/eFront platform and other major platforms being utilizedProvide high-level requirements on critical business demands to enhance platformsQualifications

5+ years of related institutional buy-side technology experience, particularly in the use of Aladdin, eFront, with a proven track record of success that includes understanding of public and private marketsMust work extremely well within a team-based environment while also being independent and self-motivatedDemonstrate an understanding of Barings' overall business, develop product knowledge across Barings' investment capabilities, and possess the ability to articulate and communicate effectivelyDetail oriented, strong organizational skillsLI-ME1
