Reporting & Analytics Analyst (Junior Tableau Developer)
plays a vital role in the development and maintenance of enterprise performance monitoring and reporting solutions tailored for Executive Management and analyst communities. This role provides crucial analytical and technical support throughout the lifecycle of various business intelligence solutions. Strong organizational and communication skills, logical and creative thinking, tactical agility, and effective stakeholder management are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:BI Solution Design and Requirements Definition:.
Support in understanding business needs related to enterprise performance in collaboration with cross-functional teamsTranslate requirements into detailed, clear, and accurate documentation encompassing wireframes, UX/UI elements, logic, and calculations, etc.
BI Solution Development and Maintenance
Develop Tableau dashboards and related solutions for diverse use cases such as enterprise performance tracking and strategic initiatives monitoring. Key responsibilities include:
Execute ETL processes for data from various source systems or manually prepared data modelsDevelop Tableau dashboards to visualize data effectivelyConduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of dashboards and reportsEngage in continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high quality and optimal performance of BI solutions
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field3-5 years of relevant work experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or related fieldProficiency in Tableau including but not limited to creating calculated fields, data blending, dashboard actions, and parameterized reportsThorough, detail-oriented, and structured thinker with a knack for problem-solvingExpertise in advanced Tableau functionalities including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and performanceProven track record in data analytics with a focus on visual storytelling and insights generationStrong communication skills to articulate complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in written formProficient in graphic design principles with experience creating UX/UI wireframes for enhanced user experienceExhibits foresight and adapts quickly to changes, developing alternative approaches to problem-solving and embracing innovative solutionsPreferably experienced in tools like Jira, SmartSheets, Figma, AdobeXD, etc. for streamlined collaboration and project execution
