Summary:Subject matter experts will provide content, and a library of existing content is available to replicate. Position will provide opportunity to participate in a newer initiative to modernize and elevate organization's training goals.
Typical Day:
Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360Follow instructional design guidelines and content storyboardsConnect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address content questionsTake feedback and make edits to e-learning modulesManage multiple projects and keep track of project statusWork with Global Dealer learning to get modules updated in Client's online training catalogCreate product Tip SheetsMaintain Client's Training pageManage training campaignsProvide admin support with webinar trainingMonitor training results
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's in Educational Design / Instructional Design / Communication strongly preferredIn lieu of Bachelor's degree, will accept equivalent relevant experience.Association for Talent Development (ATD) and/or Training Industry certifications preferred (both offer instructional design certifications)
Technical Skills Required:

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
