PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Specialist

This PeopleSoft specialist will be working to comprehensively support the Payroll and Time & Labor modules within PeopleSoft. They will act as a liaison with relevant departments (ex: Payroll) to identify and implement new opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft. Will be providing weekly updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
PR: $55/hr-$75/hr

Required Skills & Experience-5+ years of experience implementing large scale implementation projects within PeopleSofts Time & Labor module in an enterprise environment-Expertise with all phases of implementations (fit/gap analysis, gathering requirements, data mapping, business process re-engaging, testing, knowledge transfer, ongoing production support)-Proficiency with SDLC and application upgrades-Implementing Dashboards and WorkCenters with ERP systems-Proficiency with SDLC and application upgrades-Proficiency with PeopleSoft queries or SQL queries related to Payroll and Time & Labor data-Knowledge of PeopleSoft PUM selective adoption methodology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Experience supporting the Payroll module within PeopleSoft-Experience reviewing and testing tax updates in PeopleSoft, ensuring compliance and system accuracy
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
