Systems & Support Specialist

This position entails installing, maintaining and supporting a slot accounting system for a slot route operator and multiple casinos. Experience with desktop hardware, slot accounting/player tracking systems and network connectivity a plus. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills required.

Typical duties include:

Resolving customer issues through phone, network and on onsite support

Install and testing of systems at new and existing locations

Maintaining an inventory of installed software, managing software and procedures for upgrades

Working with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensuring new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule

Analyzing and making recommendations for hardware and software standardization

Creating user accounts and managing access control based on company policies

Terminating and testing network cabling

Must be able to lift 50lbs.
