Applicant should possess the desire to WORK, have a good attitude, reliable transportation, and be a good communicator. Write and speak clearly in ENGLISH, team player, great customer-service skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
Have experience with the following:• Setting up and installing new hardware and software systems at client location.• Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.• Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.• Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.• Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.• Advanced Networking/Routing - Understand subnetting, router configurations (Fortinet routers A+), NAT, VPN, (site-to-site/client)• MICROSOFT Virtualization -- MS Hyper-V• Server Upgrades/Migrations• Monitoring and maintaining security systems and installing updates.• Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.• Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.• Preparing client service tickets
