What You'll Be Doing:Design, develop, and implement business intelligence dashboards using efficient techniques, reusable code and web services as applicableActively participate with implementation of documented reporting applications and improvement strategiesReport problems to the software vendors, provide requested documentation, and track problems to resolutionDevelop and monitor procedures for the WebFOCUS server environment proactively for any issues and address access and performance issuesDevelop logic charts, record formats, Metadata, and detailed technical programming specs; coordinate the creation or modification of database queries with the DBA's as requiredDevelop / create data sources to connect to the databases to retrieve required data efficiently; develop test cases and scripts, execute the test plans, and evaluate resultsAnalyze and resolve testing issues and production problems as reported in the problemPrepare prototypes of screens and reports for common understanding and agreementWhat You Need:
B.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mathematics or a related field5 years' experience with experience in a Reports Developer role with five years' concurrent experience with FOCUS, WebFOCUS, Reporting Server (iWay/EDA), and SQL3 years' concurrent experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
