For more information please visit www.nikkisocryo.com.Job Overview:Working within the NCI Project Management Department the Project Manager is responsible for full life cycle project management for a variety of customers. The Project Manager ensures project scope is established and resources are properly allocated so that complete customer satisfaction is achieved and project deliverables are met within budget in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Identifies project stakeholders and determine their needs and expectationsCoordinates all project management activities on assigned projects with focus on managing schedule, budget, and risks and their mitigationsPlans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned project work; monitors work to ensure on-time release and deliveryPerforms cost accounting and risk/opportunity managementEnsures extensive regular contact with assigned project clients and equipment vendors is metParticipates in client/contractor meetings and resolves project management issuesEnsures project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriatelyEnsures effective communication and coordination of project requirements pertaining to assigned projects between all Nikkiso disciplines and all other project participantsGenerates project schedules, project budgets, statement of work, and customer status reportsGenerates project status updates monthly and manages day-to-day project communication to clientsImplements and tracks project budgets and schedulesCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsEffectively applies NCI methodology and enforces project standardsCreates and executes project work plansCommunicates with customers and internal team, revising work plans to meet changing needs and/or requirementsQualifications:

2-5 years of relevant experience is requiredBachelors degree is preferredPMP certification is preferredExperience with Microsoft Project and Crystal Reports is preferredEquivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptedKnowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:Must possess exceptional communication and presentation skillsAdvanced knowledge of project management standards and best practicesMust possess data management and problem-solving expertiseProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with performance management and ability to evaluate situations quickly and accuratelySkilled in motivating fellow team members to excelExperience resolving conflicts and promoting organizational effectivenessMust have change management and customer relations management experienceExcellent negotiation skills are a mustThe knowledge, skills and abilities listed above are typically acquired through the levels of education and experience listed. Work Environmental and Physical Demands:In order to perform the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controlsOvertime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This may include week days, weekends, nights and/or holidaysJob will generally be performed in an office environment, but may require travel to a Client's office, production facility or industrial/construction job site. Conditions will vary at each location, but the conditions listed above will generally applyLifting up to 30 lbs. may be requiredA valid drivers license for any business travel, including that done between the NCI facilities, is requiredEnvironmental Safety RequirementsNew Employee Safety Training is required by all newly hired employees, including Safety AwarenessAll safety related training is provided and tracked by the EHS DirectorJob specific training modules deemed necessary by employees Manager or Director will be required of all employees on an ongoing basis

Employees are required to wear Nikkiso provided PPE as/when needed. PPEs include, safety shoes, safety glasses, face shields, FR clothing, cryogenic gloves, cryogenic apron, cut resistant gloves, safety gloves, hearing protection, hard hats & dust masks.
