We're looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team.Crest Rock is looking for an

Administrative Assistant

The position will administer mostly business-related tasks such as assisting with investor/vendor relations and follow-up, managing internal systems, managing travel and scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones, and other organizational tasks. The ideal person for this position must be a quick problem solver, intensely organized, able to adapt to changing priorities, maintain discretion with sensitive information, manage tasks under tight deadlines, efficient with time & ideally have experience in an administrative support role in the past. This is a unique opportunity to work with a best-in-class team in a high energy, results driven environment.ResponsibilitiesOrganizing expense and reimbursement reports with accounting staffUpdating and managing information in various systems, including Salesforce / CRMsEditing or drafting documents, NDAs / confidentiality agreements, emails, job descriptions, etc.Coordinates travel arrangements, including complex travel itineraries for leaders supported utilizing standard processes and resourcesReview, edit and complete expense reportsManage office and kitchen suppliesPrepares for and supports meetings including scheduling and preparing appropriate meeting space, ordering catering, providing hospitality services to guests and assisting with materials, presentations and other resources as requestedIndependently plans, organizes and oversees large scale meetings and/or conferences ensuring that critical needs and all details are considered and addressed (includes site selection, contract management, agendas, materials production and coordination of presenters and other resources); may include group travel coordinationInteract as a liaison with investors and portfolio company management teamsOrganizing and implementing systemsCompleting applications, vendor forms and account set upFiltering and responding to emailsAbility to prioritize work and organize own timeAbout youAbility to organize a daily workload by prioritiesKeen eye for detail and ability to edit basic contract documentsProfessional level verbal and written communications skillsMust be efficient and brief with emails and conversationsMust be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment2-5 years of related office experienceStrong understanding of entire MS Office suiteExperience in Salesforce tools and ideally account structurePreemptively identify & remedy potential risks before they grow into problemsA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsEditing presentations, creating charts and graphs, formatting and layoutExperience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company informationCultural contributor

Full time.Compensation and Benefits:

$22 - $35 hourly. We adjust final salaries based on relevant experience. This position is non-exempt.
