We are seeking a Project/Business Systems Analyst with proven project management skills to oversee and enhance both technology and physical logistics processes. The role involves:

•Managing and improving software systems (e.g., routing software, WMS, KPI tools) to align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

•Coordinating improvements in warehousing, inventory management, and delivery operations.

•Utilizing project management tools for tracking progress, resource allocation, and team communication.

The analyst will also develop and manage KPIs, creating real-time dashboards and reports for operational performance, integrating internal and external software for seamless visibility and tracking, and enhancing existing software programs for optimal utilization. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data integration is required

Oversee and organize ongoing projects, encompassing both technology and physical processes:

•Technology Projects: Manage the implementation and enhancement of software systems, including routing software, warehouse management systems, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tools. Ensure all technology projects align with company goals and improve operational efficiency.

•Physical Processes: Coordinate the improvement of physical logistics processes such as warehousing, inventory management, and delivery operations. This involves optimizing routes, improving handling procedures, and ensuring timely deliveries.

•Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools to track progress, allocate resources, and communicate with team members effectively.

Develop and manage pertinent measurables, creating easily digestible "scoreboards" for all of Operations:

•Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Identify and track KPIs crucial to final mile delivery, such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, delivery time windows, customer satisfaction scores, gross Revenue, transportation cost

•Dashboard Creation: Use tools like Python to download real time data and push to Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built dashboards to create real-time visual representations of operational metrics. Ensure these dashboards are easily accessible and understandable for all team members.

•Reporting: Generate regular reports that summarize operational performance, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Present these reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate would have experience in managing technology and logistics projects using project management tools, implementing and enhancing software systems (e.g., routing software, WMS, KPI tools), coordinating logistics processes (warehousing, inventory management, delivery operations), identifying and tracking KPIs, creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), integrating software programs (ERP,

WMS, TMS), and proficiency in SQL, Python, and providing user training and support. Experience can be from professional roles or relevant academic projects.
