Biztalk Developer - Intl - Mexico

Insight Global is looking for a BizTalk Developer in Mexico to support a Fortune 500 client of ours in the manufacturing space. This BizTalk Developer will work with the integration team to analyze detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application. This developer will code internally developed applications and/or configure commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages. They will also be responsible for supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evaluation activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.

o Agile software development methodologies (e. g., Scrum, Kanban) * A four year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience or equivalent technical training
* 6 years+ of IT or a related discipline experience (Biztalk Integration tool)
* Analytical and conceptual skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
* Possess coaching skills and will coach other team members
* Skills managing application design and project priorities
* Can foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
* Ability to act as an effective team member
* Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face-to-face time with colleagues and managers
* Ability to mentor and direct others and that you have done so on multiple projects, some of which are outside the area of immediate expertise
* Understanding of the Agile development methodology
* Experience developing in Biztalk Technology
* Proven knowledge in SQL/RDBMS querying (Indispensable).
* Solid experience in the implementation of Biztalk Solutions (Certifications are desirable)
* Solid experience in the support of Biztalk Technology.
* CMM documentation experience including analysis of the requirement, design, development and support procedures of Biztalk solutions.
* English speaking and writing
