Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst for one of our large clients in Mechanicsville, Virginia. The pay for this role is expected to be $18-$23/hr based on experience level and skillset. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week in Mechanicsville. The typical schedule will be 8am-5pm, but team members occasionally may be asked to work 10am-7pm or a weekend shift as needed. This team provides operations support for both internal staff and external customers of the organization. This individual must have experience working in a call center / inbound call environment as a lot of their time will be spent on the phones assisting customers. You will be specifically responsible for a specific que/ system within their environment. Collectively, the help desk receives roughly 80-120 tickets & calls per day split between 4 help desk analysts. Strong customer service / soft skills are key to being successful in this role. This individual should also have experience with a ticketing system, Windows experience, and Microsoft Office experience. A basic technical background is a plus, but training will also be provided as needed.

Required Skills & Experience-1-2 years of call center / customer service experience-Very strong customer service / soft skills, and experience with inbound calls-Experience with a ticketing system

Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system-Experience in a Microsoft shop and with the Office Suite-Technical background / basic help desk experience
