Job Description
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Programmer Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to work as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for In-house Data Warehouse Product (BIC) across various Banking Verticals (Deposits, Loans, Electronics Funds, Internet Banking). Interact with Business Analysts and data modelers to gather requirements and create product backlog. Restructure reporting environment to have seamless connectivity for Client reporting. Work on changes for our In-house Data ware housing product (BIC) throughout the entire product creation and maintenance life cycle. Work on resolving high level technical and functional issues for peers in DATA STAGE, Shell Scripting, Snow Flake, Mainframe, AWS, SAP Business Objects and Oracle. Eradicate security vulnerabilities across the Organization. Work in Defect Fix Team to resolve anomalies in BIC. Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions, all while ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards. Maintain, test, and integrate application components. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented. Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs. Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation. Suggest technical alternatives and improve/streamline processes and systems. Conduct planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with Data Warehousing Concepts across Banking Verticals including Deposits, Loans, Electronics Funds, and Internet Banking; working with advanced Concepts of Data Modeling and Data Restructuring in Oracle; utilizing Reporting Tools including SAS- Business Objects and Monitoring tools; working with advanced Data analytics concepts including Data Lake and Data warehousing the Dimensions based on client's requirements; working with Data Stage including job designing, environment establishment, and creating a comprehensive product; utilizing tools including JIRA, SPLUNK, and PINPOINT to eradicate security vulnerabilities across the Organization; implementing a combination of Data warehousing concepts along with technologies including Data Stage, Unix, Oracle, and Business Objects to resolve critical issues.
