As the IT Project Manager at BioAgilytix, you will lead and manage cross-functional IT projects spanning business systems, laboratory systems (ELN, LIMS), and IT hardware/software implementations. You will drive successful project outcomes by ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs. This role requires a versatile project manager with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and expertise in project KPIs and OKRs. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure the IT systems and infrastructure effectively support the specialized needs of the company.

Essential Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery : Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery, for a wide range of IT projects (business systems, lab systems, infrastructure upgrades, and more).Business alignment : Ensure IT projects align with business objectives by collaborating with key stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize based on business impact.Project KPIs and OKRs : Establish and track key project metrics (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) to measure success, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.Stakeholder communication : Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of issues.Resource and cost management : Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track budgets, and handle change control processes to meet project objectives efficiently.Problem-solving and adaptability : Devises solutions for complex issues, adapting approaches to meet changing business needs and technical challenges.Risk management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring continuous progress and avoiding roadblocks.Team leadership : Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and accountability to deliver projects that meet technical, business, and compliance requirements.Additional Responsibilities

Completes assigned tasks and projects effectively, completely, and on time.Escalates issues in a timely manner.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: Education/Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in varied roles.

At least 3 years of IT Project Management experience managing complex projects across business systems and infrastructure.Project management skills:

Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget, with a strong focus on meeting defined project KPIs and OKRs.Preferred Credentials

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.Technical breadth: Experience working with IT infrastructure, business systems, and laboratory systems (ELN, LIMS).Experience with ITIL-based processes and frameworks.Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, GMP, GDPR compliance, GAMP, etc.) and familiarity with IT systems used in laboratory and regulated industries.Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Kneat GX.Experience coordinating globally distributed teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Supervisory Responsibilities
