Job Responsibilities

Under general supervision, deliver Tier 2 technical support including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting, network connectivity, desktop hardware, and software issues. Provide support of computer hardware, printers, operating systems, and digital communications. Act as a liaison between SCDPPPS business units and ITS customer service initiatives, focusing on the business application of IT hardware and software resources for the SCDPPPS end user community. Collaborate with ITS management staff and other ITS sections to identify, create, and resolve end user support issues.Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and experience in information technology, electronics technology systems, or other related areas. An associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.Preferred Qualifications
