We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer responsible for softwaredevelopment, delivery and processing. Successful candidate will havethe opportunity to support exciting projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop new applications, components or modules to meet functionality requirementsDesign user application interface, business rules, system menus and/or user reportsImplementsecurity requirements to ensure a secure application environment andfollow application accessibility and Section 508 standardsBuild sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and documentation that articulate site and application structure and organizationCaptures web-based system requirements including customer experience and operational and usability requirementsEnsures ease of navigation and simplicity of designCollaborate with back end developers and web designers to improve usabilityMaintain and improve websitesMay perform other duties as assignedEducation / Work Experience:
Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with aminimum of 6 years of web development or related experienceRequired Skills :
Workwith a fast paced web team to produce high-quality and innovationwebsite projects using an array of web development tools and emphasis onfront-end design and featuresExperience with Node JS, ReactJS, AngularJSDemonstratedexperience with Java technologies: JSF framework, AJAX, Springapplication framework, Hibernate object / relational persistence,JavaScript, HTML 5 and CSS 3Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to complete detailed, accurate work under time pressureDesirable Skills:
Familiarity with Geospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL)Familiarity with InSAR Scientific Computing Environment (ISCE) and Generic InSAR Analysis Toolbox (GIAnT)Extensiveunderstanding and wide application of advanced principles, theories,concepts and techniques in systems engineering, software architecture,network architecture, virtualization technologies, and cloud computingresulting in contributions to the development of new theories andmethods
