The

Administrative Assistant

supports the day-to-day operations of the Deerfield, Illinois corporate office by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors at the reception desk, managing email correspondence, organizing and preparing conference rooms, assisting with meetings, maintaining office inventory, and supporting executive expense report processing. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate a positive, professional demeanor and appearance, contributing to a polished and efficient office environment.

About the Team:

Our Administrative Team is the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently. The team works collaboratively across all departments, coordinating efforts and handling a wide range of tasks-from scheduling meetings and managing communications to maintaining office organization. With a commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on creating a positive work environment, the Administrative Team plays a crucial role in driving the success of our business. What You'll Do at Justrite:Assist executives and management teams with administrative needs such as meeting coordination and travel arrangements with a high level of detail and review.Greet customers and visitors at the reception area, answer general phone line and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Assist CEO Executive Administrator with meeting events, agendas and ordering of foodMaintain office supplies for Deerfield location including routing items such as snacks, soda and water and seasonal decorations.Assist with meeting and luncheon set up and clean up.Assist managers and employees with general office procedures and administrative help as needed.Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:Minimum of two years of office experience supporting management level employees.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite such as Outlook, Word.doc, PowerPoint, and excel.Adept at learning new technologyStrong communication skills, attention to detail and follow through on assignments

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.00-$25.00.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
