Primary Function:The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support and acting as the administrative point of contact in the fast-paced construction office including supporting department managers, inner office, and field personnel

Duties & ResponsibilitiesEmployee may be called upon to perform any or all the following functions:Network access set up and phone updatesMaintain Mobile Solutions accountPerform data entry in timekeeping application for weekly payrollAssist payroll manager in the weekly processing and review of payrollScan and organize multiple filing systemsMaintain electronic and paper records, including the updating of contact lists and office policies and proceduresManage WEX accountSort and distribute mailSubmit and reconcile expense reportsPerform data entry and processing of payroll for timely and accurate weekly paymentsProvide support to the Accounting Department as neededOther duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications / ExperienceA minimum of one year of experience in an office setting and a High School Diploma is required. An Associates degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent field is preferred.

Possess skills in the following areas:

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Demonstrated attention to detail to accurately process and review data entryAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsProven communication skills, both oral and written, to convey thoughts, ideas, and facts to a diverse group of individuals from senior management to co-workersAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment to meet all deadlines with minimal supervisionPhysical Requirements :

This position requires minimal physical effort.Must be able to endure prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer for a minimum of 8 hours a dayWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work indoors, with occasional outdoor exposure to year-round weather conditions and noise.Must be able and willing to travel overnight for trainings and/or meetings as required (10%)Working extended hours, including weekends, may be required periodically.May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at a time.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions as defined per Company policy.
