Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Apartment Community

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license as they will be required to deliver notices to other properties nearby.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver notices to other properties nearby

- Answer phone calls and emails from residents and potential residents

- Assist with leasing and move-in paperwork

- Maintain resident files and records

- Assist with resident events and activities

- Deliver notices to other property nearby

- Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
