Job Title:
Operations & Database Specialist - On-site/Hybrid - New Haven, CT
This role is hybrid, and only local candidates will be considered
Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 approximate annual salary

- Manage processes and systems that directly impact fundraising efforts
- Play a key role in streamlining operations through data management and automation
- Oversee revenue processing, ensuring all gift and payment entries are accurate
- Reconcile data across platforms like Salesforce and external giving platforms
- Manage donor services and support donor platforms, ensuring seamless operations
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile monthly transactions and prevent discrepancies
- Lead automation projects, such as deduplication of contacts and optimizing data workflows
- 1-2 years of experience in data management or operations
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, PowerQuery)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or fundraising databases preferred
- Experience with ETL processes between different platforms
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to work with external vendors
- Great problem-solving abilities, especially in troubleshooting data discrepancies
