Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator / Admin role:
- Maintain organized filing system HR documents and records
- Assist with time and attendance using ADP Workforce Now; assist employees with using the ADP system
- Initiate new hire onboarding and orientation processes including pre-employment drug screen, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment
- Track benefits eligibility and reconcile benefits invoices
- Facilitate merit increases, performance reviews, and open enrollment
- Coordinate recruiting efforts
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator / Admin role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly motivated, analytical, and well-organized
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
- Customer service/problem solver mindset with a friendly and helpful approach
