Human Resources Coordinator (Full-Time Role)

Pay: $52,000 - $56,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain paperwork for all employee status changes--new hires, separations, wage changes, garnishments and special adjustments.
- Manage onboarding new hire paperwork-complete I-9 verification and filing
- Enter benefit deductions and direct deposit information/address changes into HRIS
- Track employee uniform allowances
- Cross reference that everything has been entered correctly by their payroll specialist
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree Required, Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Preferred
- 1-3 years of human resources experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to ADP
