- Prepare and submit monthly sales tax returns.
- Compile and submit monthly workers' compensation data.
- Record and manage journal entries, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank and intercompany accounts.
- Develop and refine the Annual Budget for strategic financial planning.
- Prepare meticulous Annual Workpapers for comprehensive financial review.
- Conduct the Annual Workers Comp Audit to ensure compliance.
- Submit precise Annual 401K Census Data for Form 5500 reporting.
- Oversee Insurance Renewals for both Commercial and Employee Benefits.
- Handle preparation and submission of W-2's, 1099's, and Form 940.
- 6+ years of combined experience in public accounting and as a controller.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on deadlines and results.
- Above-average proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
