A client of Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst for Sustainability. This person will be responsible for data aggregation and modeling using Lean methodology problem-solving tools. They will lead the identification of data gaps and potential risks and take corrective action. This person will use Sustainability-related global requirements, such as GHG Scopes 1, 2, and 3 data aggregation, Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) definition and execution, and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Standard (CSRD). Lastly, this person will work globally to build best-practice-based processes and collaborate to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (data aggregation and modeling)

Lean methodology experience

Sustainability-related experience

Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Standard (CSRD) experience

Strong Microsoft skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros)

Experience with Salesforce Net 0 Cloud Software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Medical Device experience

Located in Houston
