and tech availability) PCTS on day and night shift. Unit Clerks on day shift

monitors, Alaris pumps

Documentation system: Meditech
·
Scheduling requirements: every other
weekend
·
Floating policy: Agency floats first (
may float to Ortho/Med-Surg)
·
Patient Experience requirements:
Strive for 75% patient satisfaction rate
