This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the divisions in ABB to define their e-commerce strategy. Each day, you will design and operate the tools and teams needed to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms. You will also showcase your expertise by planning and implementing the commercial strategy including marketing and sales actions. The work model for the role is Hybrid in Memphis, TN #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: •Analyze large, unnormalized datasets to uncover actional insights and trends that can improve sales performance •Conduct competitive analysis to assess market positioning •Share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization and raises awareness on overall e-commerce and digital marketing competence •Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to develop and optimize A+ content, ensuring accuracy of technical product information •Track and measure key performance metric •Monitor Amazon marketplace performance and provide recommendations to optimize listings •Identify opportunities for growth of the existing portfolio as well as new opportunities to add to the ABB ELIP portfolio of installation products •Designs and implements change management practices to ensure smooth implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) driven approaches and from manual to automated/technology-driven approaches

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 1+ years of relevant experience required. Experience supporting Amazon marketplace. Experience building reporting in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar eCommerce platform. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI. B2B experience required.
