This is a position with grade 13 This position reports to Location HR Business Partner Your role and responsibilities ABB is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will provide on-location HR support in our Elastimold Albuquerque, NM facility to employees including managers to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance in close collaboration with HR network. This role will need to be able to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services. - Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. - Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies. - Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree and/or a combination of at least 5 years' experience as a HR generalist. With at least three of those in a manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge of employment law Strong employee recruiting background. Proven ability to balance business partnership with employee advocacy. Experience coaching leaders preferred Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
