Interviewing various process stakeholders to understand MSDE processes and the business requirements which drive themDocumenting existing MSDE processes and procedures with diagrams and written descriptionsIdentifying gaps in business operations where no formal or consistent process existsAnalyzing processes and recommending improvements or architecting new processes which address any identified gaps and increases process efficiency and effectiveness (business process improvement)
