Job DescriptionAbout the Position:Interviewing various process stakeholders to understand Client's processes and the business requirements which drive themDocumenting existing Client's processes and procedures with diagrams and written descriptionsIdentifying gaps in business operations where no formal or consistent process existsAnalyzing processes and recommending improvements or architecting new processes which address any identified gaps and increases process efficiency and effectiveness (business process improvement)Presenting findings, recommendations, and work products to various stakeholders and groups within Client's QualificationsRequirementsSkills Required:Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldA minimum of five years' experience working as a business analyst at an organization where IT was the main product/serviceDemonstrated prior experience successfully eliciting and documenting business processesDemonstrated prior experience analyzing business processes and recommending improvementsStrong verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing presentations for executives and other senior stakeholdersStrong skills in preparing meaningful and easily understood process diagrams using standard diagramming software such as Microsoft VisioBasic project management skills and experience preferredFamiliarity with Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) collaborative productivity tools preferred
