This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Property Manager to join a dynamic team in the finance industry. As a Permanent Regional Onsite Property Manager for our portfolio of apartment communities, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including leasing, budgeting, reporting, project management, and policy implementation. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the multifamily property market. With a focus on delivering exceptional service to our property owners and residents, this role is integral to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to property owners and residents.
  2. Lead the leasing process, including marketing properties, screening tenants, and negotiating leases.
  3. Prepare and present comprehensive annual budgets to property owners, providing detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
  4. Communicate effectively with property owners, providing monthly reports and updates on property performance, market trends, and other relevant information.
  5. Develop and implement scopes of work for capital projects, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Assist in the creation and implementation of new company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  7. Oversee the lease-up process for A Class multifamily properties, utilizing your expertise to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
  8. Act as a regional manager, providing leadership and support to onsite property management teams.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on multifamily properties.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in leasing, with a proven track record of success in the lease-up of A Class multifamily properties.
  3. Proficiency in Yardi or equivalent property management software.
  4. Experience in preparing and presenting annual budgets, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with property owners, residents, and team members.
  6. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to develop and implement scopes of work for capital projects.
  7. Experience in the creation and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
  9. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
