Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

We are based out of North Orange County, and manage skilled nursing facilities in California.

Must be able to work in our Brea office daily from 8:30am to 5pm

• Manage full cycle of accounts payable process
• Responsible for AP for multiple entities and vendors
• Analyze AP workflow processes and look for areas of improvement
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to company policies
• Process due invoices for payments
• Process AP transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries
• Assist companies with invoicing and internal billing
