Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Principal Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation to join our esteemed legal team. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is passionate about commercial litigation, thrives on challenges, and is eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex commercial litigation cases, providing strategic advice, and representing our clients in both federal and state courts.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and direct all phases of complex commercial litigation, from case inception through final resolution, including trial and appeal.
2. Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative hearings.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop innovative and effective litigation strategies.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
5. Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial issues.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting commercial litigation.
8. Participate in business development efforts, including networking events, client presentations, and proposal development.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and eligibility to practice law in federal court.
3. A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of success in federal and state courts.
4. Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
5. Proficiency in using legal research platforms, case management systems, and other legal technology tools.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation cases independently, with minimal supervision.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
8. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate legal risks.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
